We ship through Bosta. Before your order arrives, you'll get a WhatsApp message to confirm the delivery time. If you're not available, Bosta will retry the next day — up to 3 attempts. After 3 failed attempts the order is cancelled. All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD) — no prepayment needed.
Returns
- 01Every order includes a tester card. When your delivery arrives, smell the scent while the courier waits and decide on the spot.
- 02You have 3 days from delivery to return the item.
- 03The box must be fully sealed and unopened. Once the seal is broken, the item cannot be returned.
